What actually makes the difference
Every fibreglass shell is manufactured at our own plant on the R513 Brits Road in Hartbeespoort. No importing, no waiting in someone else's delivery queue, and no third party to blame if something is wrong. You are welcome to come and watch one being built.
Excavation, craning, plumbing, coping and commissioning are all done by Cosmo crews. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why the programme holds and why there is one number to call.
Because the shell is already made, most installations are complete within a week of breaking ground. A concrete pool is measured in weeks.

A 10-year structural guarantee, in writing
Every Cosmo shell carries a 10-year structural guarantee. The full terms are published — what is covered, what is excluded, and what to do if something goes wrong — because a guarantee you have to ask to see is not much of a guarantee.
The Cosmo-Loq installation method is what that guarantee rests on: the shell is bedded and locked so it cannot move or float, which is the failure that ends most fibreglass pools prematurely.
We would rather you never need it. But if you do, it is written down and it is ours to honour.
Good value, honestly priced
We are not the cheapest quote you will get, and we would be suspicious of one that was. What we are is transparent: the price is on the website, the estimate is itemised, and delivery is calculated from your address and included rather than added later.
Our range starts at R14 000 for a DIY shell kit and runs from R57 000 to R127 000 fully installed — real figures from our live quoting database, not indicative guide prices. If a quote comes in materially under that, ask what has been left out.
